The product not only with smooth and rigid surface but create cushions, protects, nesting and economizing storage and transport space. This solution forms a PLA on the surafces of molded fiber tray, which can avoid fiber dust caused by friction during vibrasion test, drop test and actural transportation process. It's biodegradable under commerical composting conditions.

With this foundation, in 2015, we expanded to 12,000-square-meter manufacturing facility for molded pulp packaging production which daily output can come to 10 tons of thermoformed product. In 2021, we constructed another 15,400-square-meter facility for dry-pressing product which daily capacity can max. achieve 40 tons.
